As a survivor of the 1989 Hillsborough football stadium disaster, Graham understands firsthand the impact of trauma and the importance of finding positive pathways to recovery. This experience has shaped his approach to facilitating workshops, which has been described as calming, relaxing, and patient.
Drawing inspiration from the work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, a leading expert in trauma treatment, our workshops incorporate elements that address the mind-body connection.
